Dates: Wednesdays, October 9, 2024 through December 11, 2024; No class on Wednesday, November 27.
Hours: 1pm-3:30pm ET; 7pm-9:30pm CET; Please use Time Zone Converter to see class time in your time zone.
Retreat: Wednesday, November 20, 2024 from 1pm-4pm ET; 7pm-10pm CET.
Reimbursement: Some healthcare plans, health savings accounts (HSAs) and businesses will reimburse for health promotion or wellness programs, please consider submitting your email receipt.
Registration: After purchasing course you will receive an email with 3 documents to fill out for registration: MSC Waiver of Liability, MSC Background Information, & MSC Coping Agreement. Once registration is complete you will receive an email with a Zoom link for course.
Cancellation Policy: Course registration fees will be refunded or transferred to future MSC dates if cancellation occurs before September 25, 2024. To process any refund, there will be a $50 dollar fee charged by the system. The refund will only be for tuition fees, and any miscellaneous expenses incurred related to this course will not be refunded.
A 50% refund or the option to transfer to a future MSC will be offered if cancelling before October 2, 2024.
No refunds can be offered if cancelling October 2, 2024, or later (except on compassionate grounds for extenuating circumstances).

About the Teachers
Lauren Sabet, MS, RN, Trained Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher
Lauren Sabet is a registered nurse with over 30 years experience in the healthcare industry ranging from acute clinical care, training and education in the clinical, community, and corporate settings, to account management, data analytics and applied research. She completed the Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher Training Program and Practicum through the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion in 2021 and is honored to call herself a teacher of mindfulness and compassion. Lauren is the Founder & CEO of M&C Care, a company committed to offering Mindful Self-Compassion programs that cultivate tools to bring about deeper connection with ourselves and others. Lauren is a mindfulness practitioner whose intention is to continually hone her skills in the pursuit of more freedom, love, and peace.
About Ann Back Price, MSN, IAAP, Trained Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher
Ann Price is trained teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at Alpert Medical School of Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Ann was introduced to MSC by her colleagues at the Providence VA Medical Center whose work with veterans demonstrates significant impact and promising research results. Ann is dedicated to sharing the value of Mindful Self-Compassion for ease and well-being.
